Firstly, you have follow the schedule
of fitness. To maintain your health and fitness in self- isolation/lockdown
1.First thing in morning.
Take lemon in warm water or you also take apple cider vinegar in warm
water (apple cider vinegar is take in a recommended dosage. only 1 tbs in
350-450 ML water). Apple cider vinegar having digestive enzymes and help in digestive system
2.Then you can do yoga like surya
namaskar,anulom vilom,kapalabhati. For good fitness or health.
#50*3 skipping rope.
#20*3 squats.
#15*3 burpees.
#1 min plank and alone with some stretches.
*Note: - Reduced intake oil food as
there is not much doing physically activity.
3. Just fruits for breakfast and normal protein diet a simple meal
4. Drinking lots and lots of water, so that you remain hydrated and not
get hunger pangs. Minimum 2 to 3 litre water in a day. You can also drink warm
water.
5. normal lunch with salad you also take fresh curd with little black
salt.
6. There is no snacks because you all at home. Not even bread. You can
take Just fruits (vitamin C rich fruit).
7. you can also take tea/coffee but 1 in a day. If you can drink green
tea so it is very good.
*Note And again, I am saying drinking lots and lots of water, so that I
remain hydrated.
8.you can also do workout in evening. The workout is same also morning
9.Dinner should be light, so it
is digest easily. You can also perform vajrasana. it helps in digestion and
walk 500 steps.
10. before sleep take golden milk (turmeric with milk). You also take
ashwagandha powder with milk. Which is very benefits.
